Instruction to name institutional schools that reflect Nepaliness

Kathmandu Metropolitan City has instructed institutional schools to have names that reflect Nepaliness.

The metropolis issued a notice and instructed all the institutional schools within the metropolis to name themselves according to the education regulations within one month.

The metropolis has said – ‘Since the name of most of the institutional schools is not in accordance with the provision in the regulation, it is requested that the schools that do not have a name that reflects Nepaliness should proceed with the process to name the school as per the provision in the regulation and submit an application to this department with the decision of the school management committee within one month.’
