The ongoing war between Israel and the Palestinian extremist group Hamas has entered its 23rd day.
About 9,000 people have lost their lives so far in the attacks.

Majority of the nations of the United Nations called for an end to the Hamas-Israel war, while 14 countries, including Israel, rejected the call of the United Nations. They expressed their opinion in favor of continuing the war.
Israel’s war in Gaza has entered the ‘next phase’, an Israeli military spokesman said, rejecting UN calls to end the war on Hijra alone.
Echoing the comments made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, army spokesman Daniel Hagari said that the Israeli army is expanding its operations.
“We are moving into the next phase of our war against Hamas in Gaza (by water, land and air),” an Israeli military spokesman said in a video shared on social media.
