Kathmandu Metropolitan City has opened job opportunities for 230 people

Kathmandu Metropolitan City is going to hire supervisors and enumerators for data collection work to identify poor households. 230 supervisors and enumerators have been demanded in the contract by issuing a notification on Saturday.

According to the approved budget and program for the financial year 2080.081 received from the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, the metropolis will collect and supervise data through tablets for the identification of poor families and identity card distribution programs within the Kathmandu Metropolitan City.

Within 21 days from the date of publication of this notification for the first time from the eligible Nepali citizens, the candidates who have met the specified qualifications can apply online application system online application.kathmandu.gov.np for the contract of supervisor and enumerator for data collection work for identification of poor households of Kathmandu Metropolitan Municipality, Municipal Corporation. Application must be made.

To apply for the post of supervisor, one must have at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject including statistics or population or economics or mathematics from a recognized educational institution and must have basic computer knowledge. In this, the appointment will be given for a maximum of five months and the monthly salary will be 34 thousand 730 rupees. 2 thousand rupees will be paid for monthly internet expenses.

It is mentioned that for the post of accountant, one should have passed at least certificate level or equivalent in any subject including statistics or population or economics or mathematics from a recognized educational institution and should have basic computer knowledge. In this too, the appointment will be given for a maximum of five months and the salary will be 32 thousand 902 rupees. 2 thousand rupees will be paid for monthly internet expenses.

It is mentioned in the notice that priority will be given to residents of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, those who have worked for at least 1 month in the same nature census or various surveys and those who have been selected from this program in the past.
