More than 91 percent failed the lower secondary level exam

The Teachers Service Commission has announced the results of the lower secondary level teaching permit-2080.

 

The results of the examination conducted by the Commission on November 18th were announced yesterday. The Commission has asked 50 objective questions in the license examination. One question carries 2 marks. In order to pass the license exam, you must get at least 50 marks.

One lakh 51 thousand 12 examinees from all over the country participated in the examination conducted by the commission. Only 13,007 of the participating examinees have passed. Only 8.61 percent of the total candidates have passed. More than 91 percent failed in the exam conducted by the commission.

17,651 students participated in the examination from Bagmati province. Out of which only two thousand two passed. Similarly, in Lumbini, 29,230 candidates participated in the examination, but from there, 2,863 candidates passed the license examination.

Similarly, in Gandaki, 11,897 candidates participated and 1,152 passed. 24 thousand 39 candidates gave the exam in Koshi. Only 2,130 people passed in Koshi.

Similarly, in Sudurpaschim, 21,186 candidates participated in the examination, but only 1,172 candidates passed. Likewise, the situation in Madhesh and Karnali is also deplorable. In Madhesh, out of 22,855 candidates, only 1,614 passed the exam, while in Karnali, out of 24,154 candidates, only 1,574 passed.

The pass percentage is 11.34 in Bagmati, 9.79 in Lumbini, 9.68 in Gandaki, 8.86 in Koshi, 7.89 in Sudurpaschim, 7.06 in Madhesh and 6.52 in Karnali.
