Now vehicles assembled or produced in Nepal will be registered (with information)

The way to register the vehicles assembled or manufactured in Nepal is open. The Department of Transport has issued a notification on Thursday and said that it has made special arrangements regarding the registration of vehicles manufactured or assembled in Nepal.

According to the department, by amending the Transport Management Procedures Guide 2060, arrangements have been made for the registration of vehicles manufactured or connected in Nepal. A new point 11.1.9 has been added under section 11.1 of the Transport Management Procedures Directive 2060. With this arrangement, it is mentioned in the public notice that no notification letter is required for new registration, transfer registration, modification registration, auction registration, re-registration and name change of vehicles imported from abroad and connected to Nepal or manufactured in Nepal.
