These are: 7 points of demand of local level employees in the federal civil service bill {with letter}

The Local Level Staff Service Network has demanded 7 amendments to the Federal Civil Service Bill.

The network of local level employees has demanded that the people who are currently in state service and civil service should also be included in the civil service.

According to the Civil Service Act, the network has also demanded special arrangements for the federal civil service, taking into consideration the contributions made while in the civil service, in the case of those who were in the civil service before 2076 and later went to the local level after taking Ramana.

The network has also demanded that the chief administrative officer be appointed from the union only for 5 years after the law is promulgated. If the chief administrative authority is not available, the network demands that an administrative officer be appointed on the recommendation of the local level.

The network has also demanded that if the employees who have been adjusted from the federal civil service to the local level want to be transferred to the union civil service or state civil service positions, the upgraded level will also be counted, so that they start on the basis of seniority in the positions of the same service group and level.

The network also demands that the arrangements related to the formation, registration and management of state civil service and local service level trade unions should be included in the national level trade union. Currently, there is a proposal in the bill to be in accordance with the state law.

It has also been demanded to finalize the bill by following the directive order of the Supreme Court regarding adjusted employees.
