Tomorrow with a letter of public holiday across the country

The government has declared a public holiday after the followers of Islam complete the 30-day fast of the month of Ramadan today and celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr on Thursday.

The Ministry of Home Affairs issued a notification on Wednesday and informed that it has decided to declare a public holiday on Thursday.

After completing the prayer, they hug each other and exchange congratulations, and then they cook and eat food at home. The month of Ramadan is the ninth month according to the Urdu calendar.

On the 70th day of this festival, they celebrate Bakrid or ‘Id-ul-Azha’. On this occasion, Muslims also go to Mecca and Medina in Saudi Arabia for Hajj.
