Advertisement for Open Competitive Examination for Secondary Level, Third Class, Teacher Post (First Published on 2080/09/08)

Since the permanent position has to be filled through an open and inclusive competitive examination for the secondary level, third class, teacher post of public schools, interested candidates who meet the minimum qualifications specified below should apply online through the Commission’s official online application system

1. Type of Examination:

(a) Written Examination (General and Subjective)

 

2. Exam conduct:

(b) Interview

(a) Date and time of conduct of written examination (General): 12/03/2080 at 1:00 pm.

(b) The date of the written examination (subject- wise) will be fixed when the result of the general examination is published.

(c) Date, time and place of interview: The results of the written test (subjective) will be decided when the results are published.

 

3. Examination centers: Morang in Koshi province, Dhanusha in Madhesh province, Makwanpur in Bagmati province, Kaski in Gandaki province, Dang in Lumbini province, Surkhet in Karnali province and Kailali district in Sudurpaschim province. Other detailed information will be published later on the Commission’s website.

 

4. Application Fee: Rs. 1,000/ (at an additional rate of Rs. 600/- for each inclusive group) will have to be paid.

 

5. Last date of application: 2080/10/08. Date of submission of application for payment of 6 double fees: up to 2080/10/15.

 

7. Age limit of candidates: Completed 18 years of age and not more than 40 years as on last date of submission of application.

 

8. Mode of Application:

The application for the advertised post should be done through the online application system. The application can be submitted through the online application system by clicking on the Commission’s official website https:// online.tsc.gov.np/ and detailed information about the application submission method can be viewed on the Commission’s website (add: user manual link).

9. Bank and method of submitting the application form: The form has to be submitted through the Commission’s online application system. Did you miss the details you filled before submitting the form or did you miss any documents? Make sure once. After confirming, click on the details of the submitted application. After the payment of the application fee, any details of the applicant cannot be changed, so the details will be verified accordingly. Then click on “Click here” to pay the fee for the advertisement you have applied. In the bank option, select one of the options “National Commercial Bank” or “Nepal Bank Limited”. After selecting the bank, click on Get Voucher. Then print the voucher and pay the specified amount to the respective bank along with the same voucher. In case of online payment, the voucher will be generated. After that click on “Pay Online” on the same page. Choose the logo of one of the payment options on the portal and click on it. After that click on pay the amount. Then enter the username and password of the selected online payment option and the amount specified in Online Payment. It will be confirmed that your application has been filed only after verifying the payment. If you pay the amount outside the Commission’s portal while making an online payment, do not make the payment as such payment will not be visible in the Commission’s online system. The commission will publish the notification after the deadline for submitting the application for viewing and printing the admit card. For this, keep your email, candidate code number and password safe.

 

10. Application fee submission period:-

The last date for submitting the application is 2080/10/08 within 11:59 PM and the voucher generated from the revenue information system should be printed and the next day on 2080/10/09 within the time of banking transactions and in case of submitting the application by paying double duty on 10/15/2080 By 11:59 PM, the voucher generated from the Revenue Information System should be printed and submitted by the banking transaction time on the next day, 2080/10/16. But if there is a public holiday, it can be submitted on the opening day of the office.

 

11. Minimum qualification required for candidates:-

(a) Nepali citizen.

(b) Not disqualified as per Rule 10 of Teachers Service Commission Rules (with amendments), 2057.

(c) Graduation level or equivalent examination in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution (minimum 300 marks or

 

12 credit hours) and completed at least 10 months training in education.

But in the case of English, mathematics, science, office management and accounting and computer science subjects, even if they do not take training, they can be candidates for the post of teachers according to this advertisement.

(d) Social studies subjects include economics, history, rural development, geography, civics, political science, philosophy, ethics, psychology, anthropology, environmental education, health education, physical education, culture, sociology, population.

Education, and health and physical education subjects are included.

(e) Having obtained a permanent teaching permit of the secondary level.

(f) Additional provisions regarding teaching permits:-

> According to Chapter (d), those who have obtained educational qualification and have not opened a subject and have obtained a permanent teaching permit can also be candidates for related subjects.

> Persons who have obtained a permanent teaching permit for the subject can only be candidates for the relevant subject. > Individuals who have qualified in accordance with chapter (c) in the relevant subject and have obtained a social subject teaching permit can be candidates for the economics subject examination as per this advertisement.

> In the case of Sanskrit grammar subjects, those who have obtained a permanent teaching permit for Nepali subjects can also be candidates.

(g) There will be no age limit for the candidates working in the post of permanent teacher.

 

 

 

(G) Applications that are not submitted within the deadline specified by the Commission, or that do not meet the minimum qualifications, or that do not disclose other specified details, or that do not submit the specified fees, or that are not submitted correctly or that have any conditions will not be accepted.

(h) If it is known that a candidate has submitted false details (documents), the application of such a candidate will be canceled at any time and action will be taken according to the prevailing law.
